Sutherland Global Received Top Honors in Six Sigma Case Study Presentation Contest
Sutherland Global is an award winning multinational BPO provider that has been instrumental in providing business solutions to corporations all around the world. Recently, Sutherland Global Services was honored with best presentation in the 2008 Six Sigma Case Study Presentation Contest held by Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) and the Quality Council of India (QCI). In the case study, Sutherland applied the Six Sigma principles to two of the world's largest PC manufacturers and derived profitable results through process development and productivity enhancement. These results were a direct outcome of the Six Sigma principles. Sutherland used the Six Sigma framework to eliminate ineffective process and maximize the value of customers by providing them satisfaction and reliability when it came to business.
